Before You Submit:
To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please confirm the following:
- Originality: Your manuscript has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
- Corresponding Author Email: Provide a currently active email address for the corresponding author, as all submission updates will be sent here.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript for submission.
1. General Formatting:
- File Format: Submit your manuscript as a word processor file (e.g.,
.docx
, .doc
, .odt
). .docx
is preferred.
- Spacing: Use double-spacing throughout the manuscript, including the abstract, references, and figure/table legends.
- Margins: Ensure suitably wide margins (e.g., at least 1 inch / 2.5 cm on all sides).
- Font: Use a standard, readable font (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) in a standard size (e.g., 12pt).
- (Optional but Recommended): Include page numbers and continuous line numbering.
2. Manuscript Structure (Required Sections):
Please arrange your manuscript in the following order:
- Cover Letter (Mandatory - see details below)
- Title Page
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction / Aim & Objective
- Materials & Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- References
- Figure Legends (if applicable)
- Table Legends (if applicable) (Figures and Tables themselves may be placed at the end of the manuscript or embedded near their first mention - please check specific journal instructions if available).
Detailed Section Requirements:

Cover Letter (Mandatory):
- This must accompany your submission.
- It should be signed by the corresponding author.
- Declare: Any potential competing interests (or state that none exist).
- Acknowledge: Contributions from all authors and confirm they approve the submission.
- Disclose: Any funding agencies or grants that supported the research.
- (Purpose: This letter formally presents your manuscript and confirms essential ethical and authorship details.)

Title Page: Include the following:
- Full title of the article.
- Full name(s) of all author(s).
- Author affiliation(s) (Department, Institution, City, Country) for each author.
- Corresponding author's: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Abstract:
- Provide a concise summary of up to 250-300 words.
- Must clearly highlight the study's: Aim/Objective, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Keywords:
- Provide 5-7 relevant keywords that identify the main subjects of your article, aiding discoverability.

Figures & Tables:
- Provide clear legends for all figures and tables.
- Number figures and tables sequentially (Figure 1, Figure 2; Table 1, Table 2).
- Preferred file formats for figures are
.tif
or .jpg
. (Consider specifying a minimum resolution, e.g., 300 dpi).

Acknowledgments:
- Acknowledge individuals who provided support but do not meet authorship criteria.
- Acknowledge any research grants, funding sources, or institutional support.

Conflict of Interest Statement:
- Authors must declare any financial or non-financial interests that could be perceived as influencing the research. If there are no conflicts, state "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
Reference Formatting:
- Style: SavisOpen uses a Reverse Chronological style for the reference list (most recent publications listed first). (Note: This is an uncommon style; please follow the examples carefully).
- Author Naming: For references with more than three authors, list the first three followed by "et al."
- Reference List Order: Arrange entries from newest to oldest based on the publication year.

- (Note: Please clarify the source for journal abbreviations - e.g., ISO4 or provide a list. Confirm bracket type for Volume/Issue).

(Note on In-text Citations): These guidelines do not specify the format for in-text citations (e.g., numbered [1], author-year (Smith, 2024)). Please clarify this requirement or check specific journal instructions.
